1. Umrah Packages
30 Days or More Before Travel: Cancellations made 30 days or more before the travel date are eligible for a refund, minus any non-refundable fees (such as processing fees, visa fees, or other charges).
Less Than 30 Days Before Travel: Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled departure may not be eligible for a refund, as most services, including flights and hotels, are pre-paid and non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Flight Tickets: The flight ticket included in the Umrah package is non-refundable. Once booked, the cost of the flight is not refundable under any circumstances, even if the booking is canceled.
Hotel Booking: Hotel bookings are subject to the hotel's own cancellation policy. Express World Travel will assist in informing you of the hotel’s terms and conditions at the time of booking. However, the hotel may charge cancellation fees or may not refund any amount depending on the specific hotel's policy. We advise you to check the hotel’s cancellation terms at the time of booking to understand any potential fees.
Non-Refundable Fees: Certain parts of the package (such as visa processing fees, prepaid hotel costs, and flight tickets) are non-refundable under any circumstances, even if the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the trip.
2. Flight Bookings
Airline Policies Apply: Flight bookings are subject to the airline’s cancellation and refund policies. Depending on the airline, some tickets may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation fees.
Changes to Flight Dates: If your flight is canceled or changed by the airline, we will offer alternate options or assist in rescheduling your flight, depending on availability.
Schedule Changes by Airline: If there is a schedule change initiated by the airline, Express World Travel will notify you immediately. If the airline’s change impacts your hotel stay, you may be required to pay additional charges for the new dates of accommodation.
3. Holiday Packages
Cancellation: Cancellations made in accordance with the specific package provider’s terms and conditions may be eligible for a refund. Please refer to the provider’s policy, which will be provided to you at the time of booking.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made after the specified cancellation period may incur charges or be non-refundable.
4. Hotel Bookings
Change of Dates: If changes to the hotel booking dates occur due to an airline schedule change or any other reason, the customer may be required to pay additional charges to cover the new dates of stay.
No Refund for Early Checkouts: No refund will be issued for early checkouts or unused hotel nights unless specifically agreed upon by the hotel.
5. Processing of Cancellations
Notification: All cancellations must be requested in writing through email or through our customer service contact form. Phone cancellations will not be processed.
Refund Processing: If applicable, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that some refunds may take up to 30 business days to be processed, depending on your payment provider.
6. Changes and Modifications
Changes to Booking: Any modifications or changes to the original booking may incur additional fees imposed by third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, or tour operators). We will inform you of any changes to the original price, and you will be required to accept any additional charges before changes are made.
Service Provider Cancellations: If any third-party service provider cancels their service (such as hotels or airlines), Express World Travel will attempt to offer alternative arrangements, subject to availability. In the event that no suitable alternatives are found, we will provide a refund or credit, depending on the situation.
7. Special Circumstances (Force Majeure)
Force Majeure: Express World Travel will not be held responsible for cancellations or changes to your booking due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, strikes, government regulations, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will assist in facilitating the process but will not be liable for any damages, losses, or additional costs.
