Payment Terms

At Express World Travel, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent booking process for our valued customers. Please take a moment to review the following payment terms for our services:

1. Payment Methods

  • Bank Transfer (NEFT, IMPS, and RTGS): Preferred method of payment.
  • Credit Cards (with processing fee): Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.
  • Digital Wallets: Options such as Google Pay may be available depending on the service or package.
  • Checks: Payments may be accepted via checks in select cases. Please inquire for further details.

Note: We do not accept cash payments.

2. Payment Schedule

Umrah Packages:

  • A deposit of 50% or full payment is required at the time of booking, depending on the package selected.
  • If a deposit is made, the full payment must be completed by the deadline specified in the booking confirmation.

Flight Bookings:

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise indicated in the booking confirmation.

Holiday Packages:

Payment terms vary based on the package and will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. Some packages may require a deposit with the remaining balance due at a later date.

4. Credit Card Payments


  • Accepted Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
  • Processing Fee: A small processing fee may apply to credit card transactions, disclosed during the payment process.

Note: You authorize us to charge the total amount due, including applicable processing fees, to the credit card you provide during booking.

5. Currency and Exchange Rates

All payments should be made in INR. If you are booking from outside India, your bank or credit card provider will handle any currency conversion at their prevailing exchange rates.

6. Payment Confirmation

After your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive a payment confirmation email with your booking details and receipt. Please keep this confirmation for your records.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility: Cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of the specific service or package booked. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details.
  • Refund Method: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the original payment method. Bank transfers and checks will be refunded via check, while credit card payments will be refunded back to the same card.

8. Late Payments

If payment is not received by the due date, Express World Travel reserves the right to cancel or modify your booking. Any payments made up until that point may be subject to forfeiture based on the provider's terms.

9. Additional Charges

  • Service Fees: Additional charges may apply for special requests, last-minute changes, or payment processing.
  • Hotel/Accommodation Changes: Changes to hotel bookings (e.g., travel dates) may incur extra charges based on the hotel's policies. These charges are the responsibility of the traveler.
